These Chairs matched a set we already had and I was unable to find a matching set at any of the local retail stores. With Free Shipping this was an excellent buy. I have had my current set of chairs for 8 years now, they are well built, and the finish has also held up well, no maintenance - just easily wiped clean. I expect this pair to perform the same. The one positive difference I did notice in these chairs are that the bottom of the legs sit flat on the floor - my other's, annoyingly, retain the angle of the leg and so they sit more on a point, which makes chair leg pads more difficult to stay on.

For the price, that they arrive assembled, and for the price again, I can't say enough about these chairs (especially that they're priced magnificently!). They are sturdy, easy to clean, and have in a short time withstood an onslaught of abuse from my children that chairs twice or three times the price would not have. Plus, I saw their twins in a local retail store for nearly three times the cost. You're doing yourself a favor if you buy these chairs. And solid wood (no laminate garbage to flake off three days after purchase!), seriously. Buy them.

I bought 4 of these (2 sets of 2 chairs each) for just $110, which was a real steal compared to similar Windsor-style chairs I looked at both online and in local stores. 2-day shipping was free since I use Amazon Prime, which is a fantastic savings if you shop here a lot.
The chairs arrived fully assembled and I was really happy with the very sturdy wood they are made of. The seats are SOLID and comfy (no cheap particle board here), & have a nice smooth finish. The white paint is unfinished, just what I wanted because I'd planned to customize them. I painted over the white parts in hunter green & dark red to match my log cabin decor, and they look just beautiful around the oak dining room table. The white is very easy to paint over; I just used a few coats of simple spray paint (Krylon brand).
If I had room for a kitchen table & chairs, I would definitely buy more of these and keep them in their original white color with a matching farmhouse-style table.
The chair backs are very comfy, are of standard height, and the rounded design feels good on my back. You can really relax in these at the dinner table, and can easily hang your feet over the rungs on the bottoms if you like.
Highly recommend these wonderful chairs! :)

We've had these chairs for about 3.5 months. They looked great, came fully assembled, and are satisfactorily comfortable to sit in. The only problem is that the leg of one of the chairs just broke off at the base where it is attached to the seat. There's no way to fix it. I've been the person primarily sitting in this chair, and I'm relatively thin, so I would have to say that this chair receives a 2 star because it is not sturdy or durable.

These are simple, well built chairs. They are comfortable for the average size person and work well with an average height dining table. The best part of this product is that it arrives pre-assembled. That right, no gluing or hammering legs or spindles! This makes the chair very sturdy and stable. Would buy again if needed.
